Support Minecraft 1.20.2-1.20.4

Changes

  • Added notification and world reloading on Bedrodium toggling.
  • Added localization support. (And Russian language)
  • Added nether roof culling.
  • Render roof/floor when camera is above/below it.
  • Server acknowledgment. (Sends info about this mod to the server, since some servers may consider this a cheat, even with rendering the bedrock)
