Small update re-adding a historical feature of this mod.

• Tomato now fires out of dispensers
• Creative tomato now fires out of dispensers, but does not decrement the itemstack inside.

Certain dispenser bugs have been fixed since the last time this feature was present, so I wish people luck in recreating their contraptions.
