- Add the Basic Engineering Block (BluSunrize)
- It's crafted from treated wood and iron
- Used in various recipes that previously used treated wood - these recipes got cheaper!
- Add an item model for the resonanz observer (BluSunrize)

- Overhaul item routers! (BluSunrize)
- They no longer allow items out an unfiltered side if a filtered side for that item exists
- Tag filtering now allows selecting a specific tag with the scroll-wheel.
- Replace text references to "NBT Data" with "Data Components" instead
- Overhaul graphite! (BluSunrize)
- HV Accumulators now use graphite plates instead of ingots
- Those ingots are fully deprecated, they can be crushed to dust but have no other uses
- Graphite electrodes for the Arc Furnace no longer require a blueprint!
- Instead, both electrodes and plates are now made in the bottling machine, using dust + creosote oil!
- Change recipes for dropping and vertical conveyors to be a bit cheaper (BluSunrize)
- Fix desync of item router buttons on multiplayer servers (BluSunrize)
- Fix resonanz observer not rendering the completed structure in the manual (BluSunrize)
