[1.20.1] 1.3.5 for Fabric

Legacy Skins 1.20.1, 1.20.4, 1.21.1, 1.21.3, and 1.21.4 have been ported to use Legacy4J 1.7.10.
The "tooltip box" is now accessible via Factory API.
The Modrinth logo is now displayed on skin packs downloaded from Modrinth.
On LS versions that support Legacy4J 1.7.10, the screen opened by the Change Skin button without Legacy Skins installed is now accessible by clicking the "BACK" button on a controller (the same button used to open the Host Options menu) or by pressing the "D" button on a keyboard while being in the skins screen.
Updated the mod's icon to be closer to Legacy4J's.
