SPAWN CHANGES -All structure spawn weight has been lower to be less common.

NEW LOOT TABLES -Nether lava ruin's loot is included with the structures.

NEW NETHER RUIN FEATURES -All the nether lava ruins will have randomly placed nether blocks of different types for different materials.
