• Changed most effect textures

Removals
• Removed energetic, exhaustion, repulsion, and blood clot (blood clot is now bleeding)

Notes
• I highly doubt Forge will be supported beyond this point however a Fabric port that will be maintained from here on will be releasing soon ;)
