Additions
• Brought back fast falling, works similar to the original effect in older versions
• Added purity, disallows the user to have any other effects than purity (temporary texture)

Changes
• Burning thorns now increases burning length by 1 second every level (5 as a base level)
• Traversal now works with respawn anchors
• No more Tipsy Lib ;), we are TipsyLib again

Bug Fixes
• Fixed chronos not ticking itself
• Fast falling no longer drags the player down when flying or gliding
• Fixed missing textures on special capes
