New Features

• The number of enchants applied to your item from the chiseled bookshelves is now determined by which level enchanting button you click
• Having candles around your enchanting table will now increase the level of enchants applied to your tool from books in chiseled bookshelves (you could have a looting 1 book and 16 candles and end up with looting 3 on your tool)

• Fixed issue that caused stacking of the same enchant on a single item
