- fixed usernames getting escaped when being set as the webhook name
almost the same as the fabric version, but the config is in yml format. if you know you way around plugins you will easily use mine too.
probably works with most versions of spigot, not just 1.21.5, but i marked it as 1.21.5 because that is the version i developed it for.

fixed a critical bug concerning pre 1.20.4 versions where the game couldnt get playernames
